What we collect
TRCC Next Gen collects a student’s name, grade or college year, small group, Bible-reading progress, streaks, attendance status, parent-family connections, leader and parent session data, and optional iPhone push-notification token. Leaders may create ministry messages for their assigned students.
How we use it
We use this information to provide Bible plans, track progress, show appropriate group accountability, support parent access, coordinate attendance, and send requested reading and ministry notifications. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising or cross-app tracking.
Who can see it
Students see only limited progress for their own ministry area and group. Parents see only the students linked with their family code. Leaders and pastors see only the ministry areas assigned to them. Authorized TRCC Next Gen staff administer the service.
Retention and deletion
Reading, attendance, message-read, parent-session, and push-token data are retained while the student account is active. Students can delete their account and associated data from their profile. Parents and leaders can remove their own app access from their menus. For help with a deletion request or account concern, contact us below.
Messages and safety
Messages are limited to authorized pastors and leaders. Users can report a message or hide a sender from their message view. Reported content is reviewed by TRCC Next Gen staff.
Children and families
This app is intended for the TRCC Next Gen community. Parents or guardians should help younger students use the app. We use the information described above only to operate the ministry experience.
