Email info@therivercc.com and include the role you use in the app: student, parent, leader, or pastor. Do not email your access code or family code.
Notifications
On iPhone, open Settings, choose Notifications, select TRCC Next Gen, and turn on Allow Notifications. Ministry messages require an internet connection and notification permission.
Offline reading
The app can record a completed reading while you are offline. Keep the app installed and reopen it after reconnecting so the completion can sync with your ministry group.
Account and data
Account and access deletion options are available from the profile or role menu. For additional help with a deletion request, email us from the address above.
